Croatian CIUS + HR extensions, mandatory B2B and B2G since 1 Jan 2026. OIB uses EAS 9934. The official spec spells the identifier inconsistently, so the rule only looks for urn:mfin.gov.

InvoicedQuantity/CreditedQuantity). UBL 2.1 CreditNote has no rootcbc:DueDate: readcac:PaymentMeans/cbc:PaymentDueDate, and accept a rootcbc:DueDateonly as a fallback with a warning (it appears in some XRechnung test files).
